  • BSA is offering free webinars throughout the spring and summer seasons of 2020. With so much going on, we’ve moved information about webinars to its own page. Click here for all the information you need.
  • Volunteer to lead a webinar: In light of the ongoing crisis, we have redirected funds from 2020 Community Grants Program to compensate webinar leaders who have suffered financially as a result of the crisis with honoraria of up to $200. We recognize that many BSA members will face financial difficulties during this uncertain time, and hope that this small gesture demonstrates our goodwill and support for our community. We ask salaried individuals volunteer their time to reserve funding for those in need.
  • BSA is committed to improving the accessibility of our online content, and we need your help! Click here for more information about how you can help us make the bibliographical content on our YouTube channel more accessible to viewers with hearing impairments and speakers of other languages.
  • Dr. Megan L. Cook crowd-sourced list of digital repositories for teaching book history is now available on our website. We welcome your contributions! Please submit additions to bsa@bibsocamer.org with the name and URL of the resource, and short description of what it offers.

BSA Remote Help Program

Designed to facilitate remote discovery and access for primary and related secondary source material for the BSA community, we have created a program to connect BSA members with volunteer librarians and curators who can help. A huge “thank you” to our volunteers (in alphabetical order):
