Policy and Procedures Manual Working Group

The Policies and Procedures Manual Working Group will produce a document (the “Manual”) that assembles and codifies the policies that guide the activities of the Society and the legal framework and procedures for implementing those policies.  The Manual will provide governing procedures and guidelines for the Officers and Council, the various committees and working groups, and the Executive Director, including any required documentation of the Society’s compliance with those procedures and of the Society’s undertakings generally.

The Working Group will convene no less than monthly, and hopes to complete its work by January 2022.
